Every feature that costs real money when you use it — phone calls, text messages, outbound emails, AI minutes — is billed for what you actually use. No inflated packages. No “unlimited” tiers that roll the cost into a giant flat fee. A Voice AI call that books a $150 tune-up costs pennies. A review-request text that earns you a five-star review costs about the same as a stamp. You pay a little when it works, and nothing when it doesn’t.

Phone calls (inbound + outbound)

Per-minute on LC Phone or Twilio numbers. Call recording and tracking are included in the base.

Voice AI minutes

Per-minute voice engine cost plus token-based LLM usage. A typical booked tune-up call costs pennies. Requires Growth or Professional.

Conversation AI tokens

Token-based pricing. Each chat reply is a fraction of a cent. Requires Growth or Professional.

SMS & MMS

Pay per message across SMS, WhatsApp, and Messenger. Transparent, competitive rates. Available on every tier.

Outbound emails

A monthly email pool is included. Past that, usage-based pricing kicks in — stays cheap even at high volume.

The best time to set up EngineGuild is the month before your next busy season, not the week it starts. Setup takes about two weeks of light lift from you. We import your customers, build your services, and configure your calendar. Then it’s running when the phone starts ringing.

We set up the system for you. The day-to-day use is designed for shop owners — not office admins. You’ll see a dashboard, a calendar, an inbox, and a customer record. That’s most of how you’ll use it. We train you on the rest in a short onboarding call.

We migrate your customer list from whatever you’re using — a spreadsheet, a notebook you had us photograph, another system’s export, or a POS report. The setup fee covers the migration.

You can port your existing number into EngineGuild so nothing changes for customers, or keep your number and forward it. Either way, every call is captured.

Professional ($299/mo) unlocks funnels, the social planner, and the ad manager for shops running paid acquisition.

Yes. Changing tiers takes one click in your account and takes effect on your next billing cycle. No fee to upgrade. No setup fee charged again. Downgrades work the same way, though you may lose tier-specific features (for example, AI Voice and AI Conversation require Growth or Professional).

It covers migrating your customer list, building your service menu, configuring your booking calendar and route days, setting up Voice AI and Conversation AI with your knowledge base, and loading the automations. You don’t figure it out alone. It’s a one-time fee included in your first Stripe checkout.
